This cake was designed for a bride who wanted her cake to be in the shape of a gingerbread house. The house was made of gingerbread panels and inside the house was chocolate cake. There was a personalised bride and groom, the bride was dressed in running gear and held lots of shopping bags. The groom had a football jersey and a fishing rod. As part of the cake i also made gingerbread men and gingerbread women and each of the guests was going to have one as their place setting - a different idea for any bride out there who cant decide what type of cake they would like.
